Policies & Safety

CO2LaserFix provides remote troubleshooting and guidance only. Your safety comes first. If you’re not comfortable performing basic checks on camera, stop and consult a qualified local technician.

Operated by the same technical team behind CNC Laser Deals (10+ years of hands-on laser cutter & CNC service experience).

High voltage warning

CO₂ laser power supplies can be dangerous. Do not touch high-voltage areas. Always power off when instructed. Remote guidance is not a substitute for professional on-site electrical service when required.

Scope of support

  • CO₂ laser cutters & engravers only (40W–300W)
  • Ruida & Trocen controllers, RDWorks / LightBurn workflow
  • Remote sessions are optimized for customers in the United States and Canada (scheduling + support flow)
  • We never instruct you to bypass critical safety systems

What we provide

  • Remote troubleshooting via Zoom (guided checks, settings review, diagnosis)
  • Repair guidance where appropriate (step-by-step)
  • Clear parts list only if needed
  • Optional RDWorks training and controller setup

What we do not provide

  • On-site service or physical repairs
  • Guarantees of outcome (we guarantee honest diagnosis & best path forward)
  • Instructions that bypass critical safety systems
  • Support for fiber/diode lasers (CO₂ only)

Before your session

  • Have a smartphone/webcam and good lighting
  • Basic tools available, ideally a multimeter
  • Stable internet connection
  • Be ready to show the controller screen and wiring area if needed

Session logistics

  • Sessions are time-based and focused on diagnosis and next steps.
  • If you need to reschedule, please do so through your booking confirmation email when possible.
  • Any recording/sharing of the call should be agreed by both sides before the session.
