Policies & Safety
CO2LaserFix provides remote troubleshooting and guidance only. Your safety comes first. If you’re not comfortable performing basic checks on camera, stop and consult a qualified local technician.
Operated by the same technical team behind CNC Laser Deals (10+ years of hands-on laser cutter & CNC service experience).
High voltage warning
CO₂ laser power supplies can be dangerous. Do not touch high-voltage areas. Always power off when instructed. Remote guidance is not a substitute for professional on-site electrical service when required.

- Ruida & Trocen controllers, RDWorks / LightBurn workflow
- Remote sessions are optimized for customers in the United States and Canada (scheduling + support flow)
